Japanese American family’s history now part of ASU Library archives

A brand-new historical collection contributed by a Japanese American family members is now part of theASU Library

The Ohnick Family Papers record the lives and experiences of a Japanese American family members living throughout the American West in the 19th and 20th centuries. Beginning in 1848, the collection consists of communication, photos, real-estate documents, and various other products from Hachiro and Katherine Ohnick and their 4 kids: Ben, Tom, Marion andHelen .
