Arizona State University archaeologist Saburo Sugiyama was just recently bestowed among Japan’s most prestigious honors.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Japan recognized Sugiyama for his scholastic job at Teotihuacan– an enormous city that grew in the highlands of main Mexico, near contemporary Mexico City, from concerning 100 B.C. to A.D. 650.
