Japanese gig for Cane over Super Rugby season

All Blacks captain Sam Cane will certainly miss out on Super Rugby Pacific to occupy a temporary agreement playing rugby in Japan with South Africa’s World Cup- victor Cheslin Kolbe as colleague.

The Chiefs co-captain will certainly work out a choice in his agreement with NZ Rugby permitting him to require time far from New Zealand and play in Japan.

He will certainly sign up with Kolbe dipping into Tokyo Sungoliath.

Chiefs CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Simon Graafhuis informed The New Zealand Herald the group would certainly be “obviously gutted to lose him for the season”.
