Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (TSMC) owner Morris Chang (張忠謀), that is standing for Taiwan at the APEC top, fulfilled with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on Friday to talk about creating a better semiconductor collaboration.
