About 15 years back, Albert D. Cecchi, a UNITED STATE Marine Corps expert of World War II, talked to his grand son’s course at institution concerning his experiences.
Cecchi’s child, Tina Stetz of Olean, shared several of that story to recognize her daddy, that died in 2014, and his solution.
After finishing from Olean High School in 1942, Cecchi signed up with the Marines and experienced bootcamp nearSan Diego He got gunnery and ordnance training in Oklahoma and after that went back to California in prep work for going out to the Pacific with the Marine Corps fourth Air Wing in December 1943.
