We contact reveal our dissatisfaction with Vassar’sOct 13, 2023, letter to Judge Cathy Seibel, in which Vassar asked for that the course activity sex discrimination lawsuit versus the College be rejected. To be clear, the lawsuit is still pending and has the complete assistance of the witnessed women professors.
Vassar’s request is clearly irregular with its public declarations regarding the lawsuit, consisting of the Board of Trustees’ guarantee to the Vassar area that “Vassar would like to resolve and will continue working to resolve this disagreement with these valued faculty members.” Vassar’s latest effort to silence its women professors– while openly declaring to sustain us– is unfortunately regular with the College’s decades-long failing to act on our interior require pay equity.
