Prosecutors seek 7-year prison term for former K-pop idol over rape charge

Prosecutors looked for 7 years in prison for Himchan, a participant of the now-disbanded child band B.A.P, that is encountering sexual offense fees.

During the last hearing for his situation on Tuesday, prosecutors claimed, “The victims are experiencing pain considering the offenses’ methods, frequency and circumstances.”

They asked for that Himchan be contributed to the nationwide sex transgressor pc registry, prohibited for ten years from obtaining a task at companies associated with youngsters or individuals with handicaps, gotten to use a monitoring tool for 3 years and place on 4 years of monitored probation after his sentence.
