Jeonghan of boy band Seventeen will be taking a break to recover from surgery on his ankle, his agency Pledis Entertainment said Thursday.
“Jeonghan underwent an ankle surgery on Thursday morning due to severe pain,” his agency said. “The surgery was successful.”
Jeonghan will not participate in the upcoming official activities, including Seventeen’s world tour concerts in Japan, Thailand, Philippines and Macau, the agency added.
Seventeen is currently on its world tour, titled “Follow,” and is set to perform in Fukuoka, Japan, on Saturday and Sunday. The band will perform in Bangkok on Dec. 23 and 24, followed by concerts in…
